Junior HR Position
The Junior HR role at Akoya Group is designed for individuals who are ready to take their first significant step into human resources. This full-time position offers an engaging environment where you will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations within the company.
Responsibilities
In this role, the Junior HR will assist the HR Manager in handling day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities include facilitating recruitment efforts such as job postings, resume screenings, and interview scheduling. The position also involves onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the company’s culture and practices.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining employee records, managing attendance data, and supporting payroll processing. Additionally, the Junior HR will act as a liaison between the HR department and other teams, such as construction site labor crews and the sales and marketing department. Other duties include helping develop HR policies, supporting employee engagement activities, and assisting in training and development programs.
This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to implement effective HR strategies.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of one to two years of experience in an HR role is required. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, as are excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite will give candidates a competitive edge. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is highly desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the company’s success.
