Human Capital Management Officer
The Human Capital Management Officer at Enat Bank will play a crucial role in managing the Bank’s HR operations. This includes recruitment, employee records, performance evaluation, and employee benefits. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all human resource activities while maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
Key responsibilities include preparing recruitment minutes, handling vacancy advertisements, and managing employee records related to employment, promotion, transfers, salary adjustments, and terminations. The officer will also oversee internal and external recruitment activities and ensure timely performance evaluations for employees on probation. Additionally, the officer will consolidate accrued leaves, maintain the HR database, and support other related duties as required.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to strengthen Enat Bank’s human capital management strategies.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3.5 years of experience in human resource management, preferably within the banking sector, is required. At least one year of this experience should be in an officer-level position.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices, particularly in employee recruitment, benefits administration, and performance evaluation. Experience with HR databases and personnel management systems will be an added advantage.
