Orbis Trading is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Junior Export Documentation Officer. In this role, you will manage and coordinate export documentation processes, ensuring that all necessary requirements are met for a seamless flow of goods to international markets. This position involves maintaining compliance with export regulations, preparing accurate documentation, and working closely with clients to address their export needs.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a first degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university. A minimum of three years of experience in export-related work is also required. Junior Import Documentation Officer

Export Operations Documentation Manager
The position of Export Operations Documentation Manager offers a leadership opportunity for individuals with extensive experience in export operations. This includes liaising with stakeholders, maintaining compliance with international trade regulations, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency.
To qualify, candidates must hold a second degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with at least five years of relevant experience, including three years in an export operations management role. Alternatively, candidates with a first degree and seven years of relevant experience, including five years in a management role, will also be considered.
