Position 1: People’s Operation Officer
Qualification and Experience:
- A first degree in Management or Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in People’s Operations or Human Resource Management.

- Candidates with a Master’s degree require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, while those with a Bachelor’s degree should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly within the insurance sector.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in developing and executing digital strategies.
- Leading product development and project management.
- Conducting market research and analyzing digital trends.
