Hygiene Specialist

The Hygiene Specialist is a vital member of the team, responsible for executing planned cleaning schedules and conducting basic maintenance on draught equipment. This role involves both daily and biweekly tasks aimed at ensuring optimal performance and hygiene across designated outlets. The selected individuals will work closely with bar staff, providing training and support while addressing any operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hygiene Specialist, you will be entrusted with tasks such as cleaning draught equipment, maintaining cooler water cleanliness, and performing both scheduled and ad hoc maintenance. You will also coach bar staff on proper beer pouring techniques, handle keg dispensers, and adjust CO2 levels to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves conducting audits of draught systems, identifying inefficiencies, and performing root cause analyses to enhance performance.

Collaboration is another crucial aspect of this role. You will work alongside the warehouse team to manage draught machine inventory and accessories, monitor spare parts, and replenish cleaning chemicals as needed.
