Project Supervisor
Awash Bank is seeking a qualified Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate its IT-related projects from inception to implementation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all IT projects are completed within the set timeline, meet their objectives, and achieve the desired outcomes using the most efficient resources. The successful candidate will have a BSc degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management, complemented by computer courses in engineering. A minimum of five years of construction work experience, with at least three years as a site supervisor, project manager, or resident engineer, is required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, while knowledge of SAP and ArchCAD is considered an added advantage. This position is based in Addis Ababa, under the vacancy number HO/01615/24.
Principal – IT Projects Quality Management Officer
The bank is also recruiting a Principal – IT Projects Quality Management Officer to lead quality assurance activities related to its IT projects. The role involves planning and coordinating testing activities, monitoring each phase of the software development process, and ensuring all quality issues are identified, documented, and resolved.
Applicants should hold a BSc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least eight years of experience in IT, software development, quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
