Batch Recruitment – Program Specialist (3 Posts)

UNICEF is looking for Program Specialists to work on temporary appointments in Semera, Bahirdar, and Mekelle. These roles focus on implementing multisectoral programs in education, health, livelihoods, and youth skilling. The position requires candidates with advanced degrees in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields, along with at least five years of experience managing multisectoral programs, preferably focusing on youth employment.

Responsibilities include program management and coordination, delivering quality mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), supporting education system strengthening, and fostering youth employment opportunities. Specialists will also design monitoring frameworks to track program impact and engage with local and international partners to ensure sustainability.
