1. Senior Secretary I

Candidates applying for this position should possess a recognized Level IV/10+3 diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or related fields. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, the Senior Secretary I will be responsible for providing high-level support to senior management while maintaining organizational efficiency.

This position demands a high level of proficiency in handling confidential information, multitasking, and maintaining effective communication within the company. The Senior Secretary I will also be expected to assist in coordination and liaising between departments to ensure seamless workflow.

2. Front Office Service/Officers I

Tamrin International Trading is also seeking Front Office Service/Officers I to handle customer interactions and provide excellent service. Applicants should have a recognized Level IV/10+1 diploma in marketing, business management, or related fields, along with training in the auto industry and customer handling. Strong communication skills in both English and Amharic are essential to effectively manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

This role involves coordinating front desk operations, maintaining a positive customer experience, and handling inquiries with professionalism. Additionally, candidates with prior experience in customer-facing roles in the automotive sector will be given preference.

3. Auditor I

The Auditor I position requires a highly analytical individual with a strong background in accounting or finance. Candidates must have a first-degree qualification from a recognized university/college in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, along with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.

Auditor I will be responsible for conducting audits, assessing financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in reporting.

4. Chief Auditor I

For the Chief Auditor I position, Tamrin International Trading seeks experienced professionals with advanced qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Candidates should hold a second-degree qualification or a first-degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in auditing, including 3 years in a senior auditing role.

This leadership position requires extensive knowledge of auditing practices, risk assessment, and financial analysis. The Chief Auditor I will oversee auditing processes, mentor junior auditors, and ensure the integrity of financial operations within the company.

Qualification: Second Degree or First Degree with additional experience

Experience: 4 years (2 years in senior auditing role)

5. Head, Cost and Budget Division

Tamrin International Trading is also hiring a Head for its Cost and Budget Division. This role requires individuals with a second-degree qualification in Finance or Accounting, combined with at least 4 years of related work experience, ideally with 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

The Head of Cost and Budget Division will manage budgeting processes, provide financial leadership, and oversee the implementation of cost-control initiatives across projects. Candidates with expertise in accounting software and familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) will be highly desirable for this role.
