Graduate Trainee (IFB)
The Graduate Trainee (IFB) position at Wegagen Bank is designed to equip fresh graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the banking industry. Qualifications
To be eligible for the Graduate Trainee (IFB) program, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other fields related to the banking business. A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 is required, and candidates must have graduated in 2023 or 2024. Additionally, graduates must have achieved an exit exam score above 50%.
Applicants should be under the age of 25, and possession of a COC certification at Level IV is mandatory. While no prior work experience is necessary, candidates with IFB (Interest-Free Banking) training certification will have an added advantage.
