Data Collector
Requirements
The Data Collector position is designed for individuals with a diploma or higher in an engineering-related field and at least three years of experience. This role involves recording daily construction activities at project sites, documenting progress, and preparing comprehensive reports. The Data Collector will also be responsible for maintaining proper records of manpower and machinery to ensure all project data is accurately organized and documented.
Accountant
Requirements
The Accountant role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of four years of relevant experience. This position involves handling daily accounting operations, including managing petty cash, recording expenses, and preparing financial reports. The Accountant will also perform regular bank reconciliations, oversee tax-related matters, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Surveyor
Requirements
Applicants for the Surveyor position should possess a certificate or higher in field surveying with at least three years of professional experience. This role requires proficiency in using surveying tools and equipment to measure land features accurately, performing calculations, and marking boundaries. Knowledge of AutoCAD software is essential, as is the ability to deliver high-quality data results in drawings.
Office Engineer
Requirements
The Office Engineer position is open to candidates with a BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field, along with four years of relevant experience. This role involves preparing project schedules, contract agreements, and progress reports, as well as overseeing interim payments, subcontractor payments, and bills of quantities. The Office Engineer will also be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, providing technical support to the team, and managing project-related data to support planning and decision-making processes.
Contract Administrator
Requirements
The Contract Administrator position requires a BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field with at least four years of experience. The role focuses on preparing construction documents, managing contract agreements, and overseeing project scheduling and progress monitoring. The Contract Administrator will ensure all project-related paperwork is properly managed, including reviewing master schedules prepared by consultants and contractors to align them with project milestones.
