Branch Manager II
Debub Global Bank is looking to hire 11 experienced professionals for the role of Branch Manager II. Candidates must hold a minimum of an MA or BA in Accounting, Business Management, or related fields. Additionally, applicants should have at least five years of banking experience, two of which must have been in accountant positions. This role involves overseeing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will be stationed at one of the following branches: Mekelle, Hossana, Chuko, Yirgachefe, Wondogenet, Shinshicho, Gambella, Hawassa, or Worabe.
Principal Branch Operation Officer
The position of Principal Branch Operation Officer is open for experienced banking professionals with a minimum of an MA or BA in Accounting, Business Management, or related disciplines. Applicants should have at least five years of relevant banking experience, including one year in a senior role. This position is based in the South District Office in Hawassa. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Manager, Business Expansion Division
Debub Global Bank is also seeking a Manager for its Business Expansion Division. This critical role requires a minimum of an MA or BA in Accounting, Business Management, or related fields, along with six to eight years of relevant banking experience. At least three of these years must have been in senior positions. Based in Hawassa, the selected candidate will lead efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities, oversee market research, and support the Bank’s strategic growth initiatives.
