Human Resource Officer – Job Position

The Human Resource Officer will play a vital role in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and maintaining compliance with Ethiopian labor laws. Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Human Resource Officer include managing and compiling vacant positions in alignment with the company’s annual plan and budget. This includes handling employee leave management, tracking absenteeism, and preparing monthly payrolls. The officer will also oversee the verification and completion of employment formalities, including employment agreements, insurance forms, and other necessary documentation. This mid-level position is responsible for overseeing financial transactions, tax compliance, and ensuring timely preparation of financial reports.
The Accountant will contribute to maintaining the company’s financial health by managing budgets, processing payments, and ensuring that all financial operations align with regulatory standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, a high level of proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Accountant will ensure the existence of budgets for each payment request prior to preparation. This includes preparing cheque payment vouchers and cheques for approved requests, while ensuring compliance with income tax regulations. Additionally, the preparation of bank transactions, payrolls, and other financial reporting tasks are integral to this position.
