Senior Grants Manager

The Senior Grants Manager position at the IRC is a vital role for managing the organization’s grant processes and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Based in Addis Ababa, this position involves overseeing multi-sectoral emergency response projects, particularly those funded by ECHO, a leading European humanitarian aid donor. The successful candidate will develop and manage grants, prepare winning proposals, and ensure timely reporting to donors.

This role demands advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills to manage complex financial data. The candidate must also demonstrate a proven ability to mentor team members and build their capacities in grants management. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Social Sciences, Accounting, Economics, or STEM-related fields, with preference given to those with a Master’s degree.
