Position: Sales Supervisor and Key Account Specialist
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Sales Supervisor and Key Account Specialist at Hybrid Designs PLC (RIDE), candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications such as digital marketing are highly valued and can contribute to a competitive advantage in this role.
Candidates must also demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory sales position or a similar role within the FMCG sector or related industries. Deep knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies is essential for excelling in this dynamic position.
Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build productive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales activities and generate reports will be necessary to ensure the role’s success.
Responsibilities
The Sales Supervisor and Key Account Specialist will oversee and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
