Sales Consultant

Noah Real Estate is seeking 20 Sales Consultants to join its dynamic team. This role requires professionals with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant will assist buyers in finding properties that align with their preferences and financial capacity. This involves understanding the values of Noah Real Estate’s projects and helping clients make informed decisions about property investments.

In addition to meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, the consultant will stay updated on market trends, financing options, and project offerings. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key, which includes providing insights from potential and existing customers to supervisors.

The consultant will also participate in events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads through online and offline channels. Proactively finding potential buyers, conducting follow-ups, and closing deals will form the core responsibilities of the role.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), Law, Sales and Marketing, or a related discipline. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.


Real Estate Telemarketer

Noah Real Estate is also looking to hire 10 Real Estate Telemarketers. This position focuses on engaging potential clients through telecommunication efforts and building trust with prospective buyers.

Responsibilities

The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to potential clients and provide them with information about available properties, market trends, and services. This role involves identifying client needs, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for property viewings or meetings with agents.

Database management is a key part of this role, with the Telemarketer responsible for updating CRM systems, tracking client interactions, and maintaining accurate lead information. Additionally, the role supports marketing campaigns by promoting properties and open houses while providing valuable input on call scripts and strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong verbal communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and familiarity with CRM systems. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred, especially in real estate.


Sales Supervisor

The company is also hiring 10 Sales Supervisors to oversee the performance of its sales team and ensure the smooth progression of deals.

Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will set realistic sales quotas and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. They will oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring deals progress efficiently, and use data analytics tools to track performance metrics.
