Succession and Leadership Development Expert
Dashen Bank is seeking a dedicated and experienced Succession and Leadership Development Expert to oversee and implement the bank’s succession planning and leadership development programs. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline from a reputable university. Additionally, having a professional qualification in Human Resources will be considered an added advantage.
With a minimum of six years of relevant experience, the role holder will be responsible for identifying critical positions within the bank, defining competency requirements, and identifying high-potential candidates. The Succession and Leadership Development Expert will implement succession planning programs that ensure a transparent and systematic career development process for employees, aligning with the bank’s strategic objectives. Senior District Agency & Digital Sales Officer
Dashen Bank is also looking for a Senior District Agency & Digital Sales Officer to drive the growth of the bank’s agency network and digital services. This role is ideal for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with professional qualifications in IT will have an added advantage.
The role involves acquiring, developing, and retaining digital banking customers through targeted marketing strategies, customer education, and promotional activities. With a minimum of five years of relevant experience, the Senior District Agency & Digital Sales Officer will work to expand the bank’s agency network, enhance service accessibility, and contribute to the overall business growth in East Addis Ababa District.
Alternate Channel Engineer – ATM/POS
In addition, Dashen Bank seeks a highly skilled Alternate Channel Engineer for ATM/POS to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of ATM and POS systems within an assigned territory or region. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least six years of system engineering experience.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing card management systems (CMM) and Enterprise Payment Systems (Base24-eps). The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing software systems, applications, and other related products, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance with service level agreements. Dashen Bank’s Alternate Channel Engineer will be based in Addis Ababa and will collaborate with software engineers to integrate various channels with third-party systems.
