Junior Recruiter
The Ethiopian Engineering Corporation is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join its team as a Junior Recruiter. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates passionate about human resources and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Public Administration, or Development Management. No prior work experience is required, making this a perfect entry-level role for individuals eager to start a career in HR. Successful candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a proactive attitude. Fluency in Amharic and English is essential, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Health Safety Environment (HSE) Inspector
EEC is also hiring ten individuals for the position of Health Safety Environment (HSE) Inspector. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in environmental and occupational health and safety.
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety or a related field. No prior experience is required, but candidates should possess foundational knowledge of HSE procedures and standards, including ISO 45001. Proficiency in computer applications and a willingness to relocate outside of Addis Ababa are necessary for this role.
HSE Inspectors will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of EEC’s workforce and operations. This includes monitoring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, conducting safety audits, and providing recommendations to enhance workplace safety. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this position.
The role is based in Addis Ababa but may involve assignments in other parts of the country.
