Call Center Representative
SantimPay is looking for a motivated and skilled Call Center Representative to join its team in Addis Ababa. This role is integral to maintaining the company’s commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its current and potential customers, ensuring that every interaction reflects the company’s values of professionalism and care.
The responsibilities of the Call Center Representative include managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and providing effective solutions.
