Credit Analyst/Appraisal

Aggar Microfinance is hiring a Credit Analyst/Appraisal professional to join its team at the Head Office in Addis Ababa. This role requires an MA or BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in microfinance or banking.

The Credit Analyst/Appraisal professional will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring the institution’s credit policies align with its strategic objectives. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word, are mandatory for this role.

Executive Secretary

The position of Executive Secretary is also available at the Head Office. Applicants must have a BA Degree or College Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related field, along with 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.

This role involves managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules, and providing essential support to the executive team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is a crucial requirement.

Credit Portfolio Analyst

Aggar Microfinance is seeking a Credit Portfolio Analyst to work at its Head Office. Candidates should hold an MA or BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in microfinance or banking.

The Credit Portfolio Analyst will analyze and monitor the institution’s credit portfolio to ensure optimal performance and risk management. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, is essential for this position.

Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance Service

The Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance Service role is a critical position based in Addis Ababa. Applicants must possess an MA or BA in Accounting, Management, or a related field, with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in senior roles within microfinance or banking.

This position entails overseeing risk management and compliance operations, ensuring that the institution adheres to regulatory requirements while implementing effective strategies to mitigate risks. Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is a mandatory skill for the role.

Driver

Aggar Microfinance is also hiring a Driver for its Head Office. Candidates must have completed Grade 8, possess a 3rd-grade driving license, and have at least 3 years of driving experience.

The driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff and documents, maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition, and adhering to all traffic regulations.
