Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields. Similar to the previous role, familiarity with IFB would give applicants an added advantage.

Branch Operation Supervisor Role

The Branch Operation Supervisor is a key role within Hijra Bank that focuses on overseeing daily operational management in various branches. A successful applicant will need a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A minimum of four years of relevant banking operations experience is required for this role, with IFB knowledge considered advantageous.

This role comes with significant responsibilities, including supervising banking activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and fostering a professional team environment. Successful applicants will be deployed across multiple locations, including Kebri Dehar, Gode, Degahabur, Harar, and Dire Dawa, with five (5) positions available.

Branch Manager Opportunity

The Branch Manager position is perfect for individuals with strong leadership skills and the experience to manage a dynamic banking environment. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field, along with at least six years of banking experience. A key requirement is two years of supervisory experience, with IFB experience viewed as advantageous.

Branch Managers will oversee all branch operations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This role is focused on ensuring operational success, driving customer satisfaction, and leading branch staff effectively. The bank is hiring five (5) experienced and goal-driven individuals for this role in Kebri Dehar, Gode, Degahabur, Harar, and Dire Dawa.

Office Service Attendant Opportunity

The Office Service Attendant position offers an entry-level yet critical role focused on operational support. Candidates must possess a Diploma in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields and demonstrate two years of relevant experience. Experience in IFB will be advantageous but not mandatory. This role will be based at the bank’s head office and promises excellent career progression for motivated individuals eager to support the daily operations of the bank.

Lead Financial Accounting & Reporting Opportunity

The Lead Financial Accounting & Reporting role offers candidates with advanced expertise the opportunity to assume senior financial leadership within the bank. Interested applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields and six years of financial and banking-related experience. As with other roles, experience or training in IFB will be considered advantageous.
