Position: Assistant Planning & Analysis Officer
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in senior auditing, financial analysis, planning, or a similar role, preferably in the microfinance or banking sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Additional considerations for AFPA Officer: – ACCA Part qualified/Student on half of the fundamental level
Personal Attributes:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Adaptability to changing work environments and priorities.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of microfinance principles and practices is an advantage.
Certification in financial analysis, any type, is a plus.
