Addis Bank S.C. is looking to hire for several open positions.
The bank was created by a diverse group of owners, including cooperatives, microfinance institutions, Iddirs, other businesses, and individual citizens. Most of the bank’s main shareholders are cooperatives and their members.
These cooperatives mainly provide financial services, export support, manufacturing, and various other businesses. Their members are mostly low- and middle-income people. Microfinance institutions help meet the financial needs of citizens who do not have bank accounts.
Position 1: Branch Manager I
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years relevant banking experience, out of this 2 years in supervisory positions;
Place of work: Jigjiga
Position 2: Manager, IFB Division
Education: MA/BA Degree in Business Administration Accounting & Finance, Economics, Islamic Banking & Financing or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years (for MA) or 8 years (for BA) relevant experience, preferably in banking industry; out of this 2/3 years in principal officer position or 3/4 years in senior officer positions respectively;
Place of work: Head Office
