Position: IT Service Desk Analyst-I
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering and or related fields.
Experience: Three (3) years relevant work experience.
Purpose: To respond to Information Technology customer service requests and incidents related to infrastructure and application services in a single point of contact to ensure smooth and uninterrupted Bank operations.
