Awash Bank S.C Job Vacancy Announcement 2025:

Position 1: Graphic Design & Documentation Officer
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Architectural Engineering, Film Production, Cinematography, or related IT field plus a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

The jobholder is responsible for producing creative and professional design materials for communication, branding, marketing, and documentation purposes. S/he works closely with communication, marketing, and digital teams to ensure visual consistency and impactful messaging across platforms.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Communication & Event Management Officer
Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields plus a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Professional Training in Marketing Management is an added advantage.

The jobholder is responsible for coordinating the Bank’s internal and external communications as well as planning, organizing, and executing events that promote the Bank’s brand and stakeholder engagement.

Position 3: Senior – IFB Brand Officer
Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field plus a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.

The jobholder is responsible for developing and executing branding strategies specific to Interest-Free Banking (IFB) products and services. S/he ensures brand consistency, visibility, and positive perception across all customer touchpoints and media.

Position 4: Senior – IFB Product Development Officer
Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field plus a minimum of six (6) years in banking operations, preferably in the banking sector.

The jobholder is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the IFB Product Development function. S/he manages the entire lifecycle of IFB products, from design and market research to launch and performance evaluation.

Position 5: Senior – Conventional Banking Product Development Officer
Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business, or equivalent fields plus a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.

The jobholder manages the end-to-end lifecycle of conventional banking products, ensuring market competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals.

Position 6: Senior – Trade Marketing & Sales Officer
Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Social Sciences or Business, preferably in Marketing, Marketing Management, Economics, or Business Administration plus a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
Professional Training in Marketing Management is an added advantage.

The jobholder is responsible for executing trade marketing and sales strategies, driving promotional campaigns, supporting field sales teams, and enhancing market reach and customer acquisition.

Position 7: Senior – Communication & Event Management Officer
Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields plus a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.

The jobholder leads the development and implementation of communication plans, media relations, corporate messaging, and event coordination for the Bank.

Position 8: Principal – Trade Marketing & Sales Officer
Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Social Sciences or Business, preferably in Marketing Management, Economics, or Business Administration plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.
Professional Training in Marketing Management is an added advantage.

The jobholder oversees the Bank’s trade marketing strategy, manages large-scale promotional campaigns, ensures optimal sales performance, and contributes to strategic market expansion.

Position 11: Principal – Digital Banking Officer
Qualification & Experience:

BA Degree in Social Sciences or Business, preferably in Marketing Management, Economics, or Business Administration plus a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.

The jobholder manages the Bank’s digital banking strategies, drives customer digital adoption, and oversees the development and performance of digital channels.
