Position 1: Junior E-Learning Designer and Developer
Education:– BSC Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System, Electrical and Computer Engineering or other related fields. Certification in Graphic Design, Instructional Design and Video Editing & Animation Specialist is advantageous.
Work Experience:- Minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
Job Objective
To ensure eLearning content development, including analysis, design, development, and implementation of the highest quality, innovative digital learning for BOA employees.
Place of work: Addis Ababa, HO
Position 2: Driver I
Education: 12th/10th Grade Complete; and Public I or Third level Driving License.
Experience: Minimum of 2 Years Driving experience. Experience in banking industry is advantageous.
Job Objective:
To provide appropriate service by maintaining good driving ethics, transporting bank employees or goods/property from one place to another for work, and maintaining the vehicle assigned to you in a proper and careful manner.

Position 3: Surveillance Officer
Education: BA Degree/Diploma in Social Science or related fields. Certificate in Police Science is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 2/4 years cognate banking experience.
Job Objective:
To Strive and get tangible result in searching and spotting attachable property of defaulters and liable persons followed by the department. Handle related to foreclosure, debt litigation, and criminal case.
