SIKET Bank S.C invites interested and qualified applicants for the following different positions.

Siket Bank (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) was held at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia.

The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance service when full banking services are launched.

Position 1: Public Relation Officer
Educational and Experience Requirements:
A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Communication, Journalism, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline
A minimum of 3 years of related experience in public PR in a banking and related industry.

Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible to execute all communication and promotional activities of the Bank efficiently and productively, through proper planning and evaluation of the overall activities of the process.

Position 2: Senior Talent Acquisition Officer
Educational and Work Experience Requirements:
BA Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Management/ Management/Business Administration or business related field of study. Four (4) years of Banking work experience as Talent Accusation Officer or more in relevant position is Mandatory.

The job holder is responsible to ensure the Bank’s talent acquisition Corporate Organs Unit is designed to attract, recruit, select and remunerate employees equipped to contribute to the achievement of the Bank’s vision, mission and strategic focus

Position 3: Senior Graphic Design Officer
Educational and Work Experience Requirements:
MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field of studies. 5 years of related experience in graphics design preferably in a banking industry Advanced experience and practical background in graphic design, including the use of design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite and motion graphic design, video editing, GIF, 3D software, and animation skills are advantageous and desirable. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.

Position 4: Branch Manager I
Educational and Work Experience Requirements:
A minimum of BA/BSC preferably MA/MBA/MSC holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Economics, Management, or related field of discipline. Must have a minimum of 6 years of Banking work experience is Mandatory. Out of which a minimum of 2 years of experience as Business Manager, Operation Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent Core banking business related job.
