Qualification
BSc or MSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or MIS or ICT or Computer Application or Database Administration or Computer Science or Information System or Information science or Information data Science and Analytics or ICT Service Management or Cloud Computing or related field of studies.
Experience

Problem solving & Troubleshoot skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities ;-
Ensures that PCs and laptops are Up to Date as per the IT policy of the company,
Ensures that necessary applications required by users are installed and working as expected,
Ensures that printers for users are configured and working as required i.e., both local and network printers.
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software related problems from the Service Desk, where possible.
Repair or replace faulty components of a computer components and network system,
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
