Position: IT Field Engineer
Skills, Experience & Education:
A Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field
3 years experience on corporate IT matters
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, ITIL v 3 Foundation, ITIL v4 Foundation) will be advantageous
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Timely Resolution of IT Incidents : Ensure all user-reported issues are addressed within the agreed service level timelines
Improved System Uptime : Minimize downtime by proactively maintaining and optimizing IT systems and infrastructure
Enhanced User Satisfaction : Foster a positive end-user experience through efficient support and clear communication
Accurate IT Asset Records : Maintain up-to-date and precise inventory of IT resources for operational efficiency
Compliance with IT Policies : Ensure all actions and solutions align with organizational IT governance policies
Clearing (CFB Credit note, WHT, free stock, payments, Sampling)
Calculate Bad debt Provision Quarterly, and process the journal
Generate aging report weekly, and monthly, communicate with the customers
Receive Weekly promotion approval and clear these free stocks
Manage Communication with Group Intercompany transactions
Process PR, follow up PO’s and capture Intercompany Invoices
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Accountant- AR
Skills, Experience & Education: First Degree in Accounting/Accounting and finance with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Manual WHT Posting for both Cash & Credit customer which is not yet supported by the system
Follow up on staff advance payment, check if each employee has advance not settled with in a month and transfer it to payroll, control advances are not given over the other advance
Confirm staff advances are clean on the termination of employment, and signoff the clearance
Prepare and send DSI Report to group
Quarterly recon of Stock consumption with KO
