Ethiopia’s banking sector is still new, with few banks serving its over 100 million people. The limited banking options and lack of fully developed interest-free banks make Ethiopia less banked and less diverse in financial services.
Because of these gaps, many more banks and financial products are needed in the country. The current limitations create an opportunity to launch a new interest-free bank—Rammis Bank.
Position: Graduate Trainee
Education: BA in Business, Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field. No prior experience is needed.
Experience: None required
Graduation Year: 2023 or 2024
Exit Exam: Result is mandatory
Age Limit: 25 years or younger
CGPA: Male applicants must have at least 3.25, females at least 3.00
Where to Register: Any Rammis Bank branch except those in Addis Ababa
